Duty rates for parcels from Ukraine to Norway

When shipping a parcel from Ukraine to Norway, it is important to consider the amount of customs duty, which depends on various factors, such as the value of the goods and their nature.

  • The need to pay customs duties. Parcels with a value of goods less than 22 euros are usually exempt from customs duties. In such a case, an electronic customs declaration is not required.
  • Payment of VAT. If the value of goods in a parcel is between 22 and 150 euros, there are no customs duties, but the payment of VAT (value-added tax) is required. This implies a mandatory electronic declaration of goods during customs clearance.
  • Additional requirements. In some cases, it may be required to provide a certificate of origin and a power of attorney to the customs agent in the organization of international delivery.

It is important to note that customs regulations and tax amounts are subject to change or amendment, so it is advisable to contact the Norwegian customs authorities or contact the «Semero» specialists for exact information and advice.
