Let's consider in detail what a legal entity should do if a parcel is delayed at shipment or receipt at customs and how this issue can be resolved. 

• You must be provided with copies of documents stamped by customs (invoice, FedEx bill of lading).

• The amount of duty-free import is exceeded. Customs control authorities may request confirmation of the value of the goods if there are doubts that its price, taking into account international delivery, does not exceed 150 euros. There are cases when the delivery conditions are prescribed, which provide for the cost + delivery of goods in one sum, for example, the conditions of delivery CPT KIEV.
• Restrictions on import of these goods.  Customs has the right to request technical data, as well as information about the value of the goods, perhaps there are restrictions on its import.
• The content of the parcel is incorrect. In this case a protocol may be drawn up on the sender or request the correct data from him. This process may take some time. 
• Errors in the indication of the recipient. For example, in the FedEx invoice the recipient is a company, but in the invoice - an individual, or vice versa. Since the price of the parcel for an individual does not include the cost of delivery, the parcel may be delayed to clarify who the recipient is and the full details of the parcel.
